		It gives us great pleasure to announce the winners of the Photo of the Month June contest held from July 2-20. With an impressive number of votes cast (and a very close fight for the top spot), the flock has chosen its winners! And here they are. All winners will be individually contacted and instructed about prize delivery and other details. Congratulations to the winners and we wish all other participants all the very best for the next month's contest.

Judging the contest this time was Advertising photographer Radhika Raj who is based in Mumbai and specialises in People, Lifestyle and Travel Photography. Her work has been exhibited in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai and she has been a part of a photo-book called Gods, Gurus and Camels. When she is not working she loves to travel and aims at creating awareness about the environment through her work. Read Radhika's interview

The image has a very good sense of composition and the stark brown with the women in red and pink makes for a very good color and contrast.The image has people in it giving the place in the image a sense of proportion and adding to the 'life' in the image.
