The judge this time is renowned photographer Sharad Haksar, who, much like our previous one, really had a tough time picking a deserving winner from the huge number of entries. But he finally returned a verdict :- ) So, as we thank him for his help and all the time he spared for this, here you go, take a look. Winners - rejoice!

Oh and don’t forget, we’ll be back. Real soon, with another uncommon photochallenge. | |

Rajat Kumar DasI liked this image because it is really dramatic. The men who are practising yoga look like they are praying as they are looking up to heaven. There are also many contrasts present – youth versus age and movement versus non-movement. It is ironic that it is the old men who are doing yoga to be flexible while the young man is in a wheelchair. THE PRIZE. Rajat wins the EPSON STYLUS TX101.

Bibhuti Bhusan Nandi, Coochbehar, West Bengal. The composition of this photo is very nice. I like the way the image of the man sleeping is reflected in the glass. The contrast between the AC Three tier, a very comfortable place to sleep, and the uncomfortable bench is brought out well. This ties in well with the theme – some people are destined to have a comfortable place to sleep and some are not.

Arnab Ghosal, Santiniketan, West Bengal. Again the composition of this photo is great. It depicts a sacred festival but everyone is turned away from the God, which is lying on the ground. This suggests to me the destiny of belief and of God. |

Sumesh Senan, Bangalore. This image brings out the contrast between life and death. A dead fish is life for a cat. I like the way the fish is at an elevated level while the cat is below. The reflection of the cat also forms a snail, suggesting that the cat will take time to get the food (although it has already noticed it). The water droplets on the fish remind me of tears. |
| These deserving competitors earn the Fotoflock goodie bag! | |
Sharad also had this to say: I like photography which has layers. An image, rather than being just a pretty picture, should have some meaning and should make you think.

The photography is excellent as it depicts the theme Destiny in a marvellous way..Lord Ganesha, who is at the helm of the Destiny of entire mankind,is Himself destined to lie on the shore helplessly after His emersion...truely signifying the word DESTINY!!
WELL DONE ARNAB!!
Thanks to Sharad for right judgement!!

Nice composition, specially the physically challenged person watching yoga .
